The Würzburg Weekend comprises rounds 5-8 of this year's Senior League and takes place at the Würzburg Youth Hostel from FEB 3-5 (FRI-SUN):

Participation fee for all speakers and coaches/judges is 75€. University student judges volunteering to help us out with adjudication can attend at the price of 37,50€. Bank info for anyone signing up will be provided in the confirmation e-mails you will receive after registration.

Christopher Sloan from Parler-GYM Schwäbisch Gmünd has offered again to hire a bus picking up teams on the route Schwäbisch Gmünd - Bhf Bad Cannstatt - Lessing-GYM, Winnenden - Max-Born-GYM, Backnang. It has recently become known as the "Big Bus". The fare is 25€ per person and the aforementioned stops are pick-up stops on FRI, as well as drop-off stops on the return day Sunday. Teams and judges are expected to arrive by 16.30 at the hostel for check-in. A more detailed schedule will be sent and posted here once finished.

You will need towels, but no bed linen at the hostel.
